Two homes, one story, the Chianti hills all around
Lamore di Carla was born from a gesture of love and a vision for a new way of life. When Pino arrived from Naples with his wife Carla, he imagined transforming the borgo’s former stables into their own residence—a place to retreat, find inspiration, and write his memoirs. The neighboring hay barn was converted into a guesthouse for their closest friends. This is how Casa Pino and Il Fienile came to be: two adjoining homes, each with its own distinct character, yet connected by the same story.

Bistrot Café
The Savignola Bistrot Café lies at the heart of the borgo, surrounded by ancient stone and the scents of the Chianti hills. Inspired by the atmosphere of a classic Italian café, it is a simple and welcoming place where guests can ease into the day, enjoy breakfast, and meet others staying at the borgo.
Wine Tastings & Tuscan Cuisine
DaPaolina is the convivial heart of Savignola, where everything comes full circle: from breakfast at the Bistrot Café to daytime wine tastings and food pairings, and on to the evenings that give rhythm to the week. Wine made just a hundred meters away meets seasonal ingredients and recipes from the borgo: Giropizza on Mondays, Pasta Festival on Thursdays, and Serata Terra on Fridays.
Pickleball at Borgo Savignola
Borgo Savignola is home to the first pickleball court at an agriturismo in Chianti Classico, surrounded by vineyards and the Tuscan hills. Casa 360 takes its name from Savignola’s Gran Selezione wine and, like the wine itself, was shaped from exceptional raw material: an old farm building where carriages, carts, and plows were once stored. Thoughtfully restored, it preserves the strength and character of its original stonework while introducing the comfort, refinement, and considered details of a contemporary country retreat.
Nestled in the “Le Rose” vineyard, Casa 360 accommodates up to six guests in three double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The private garden and exclusive pool are at the heart of outdoor living—the perfect place to watch the sun set over the hills with a glass of wine in hand.
The tower bedroom is the home’s most unforgettable feature: it offers 360-degree views across the borgo and surrounding vineyards, with Paolina’s historic bed at its center—a piece of Savignola’s history that still rests in this very special corner of the estate.
For those who want to experience the village without worries, meals are prepared in the village kitchen and can be enjoyed at DaPaolina or served directly in the house.
