Savignola’s most elegant home, born from a vision
Casa Pino occupies the spaces that once housed the borgo’s communal kitchen, where meals were prepared for everyone who lived and worked at Savignola, while the stables were located on the floor below. The grand original fireplace still stands as a reminder of this history. When Pino and Carla came to Savignola from Naples, they saw the potential to transform these spaces into an elegant and welcoming home while preserving their connection to the authentic spirit of the borgo.
Today, Casa Pino is the estate’s most refined residence: two beautifully appointed bedrooms, an inviting living room with a majestic library, hand-painted tiled floors inspired by Sorrento, the historic fireplace, a generously sized kitchen, and light that shifts throughout the day across the Chianti hills and Savignola’s vineyards. Together with the adjoining Il Fienile, Casa Pino forms Lamore di Carla.
When rented together, the two homes are ideal for groups of 11 to 13 guests, with an exclusive private pool and generous shared spaces that allow guests to experience the borgo with all the freedom and ease of home. Rented separately, Casa Pino retains its distinctive personality: elegant, peaceful, and full of character.

The Savignola Bistrot Café lies at the heart of the borgo, surrounded by ancient stone and the scents of the Chianti hills. Inspired by the atmosphere of a classic Italian café, it is a simple and welcoming place where guests can ease into the day, enjoy breakfast, and meet others staying at the borgo.
Wine Tastings & Tuscan Cuisine
DaPaolina is the convivial heart of Savignola, where everything comes full circle: from breakfast at the Bistrot Café to daytime wine tastings and food pairings, and on to the evenings that give rhythm to the week. Wine made just a hundred meters away meets seasonal ingredients and recipes from the borgo: Giropizza on Mondays, Pasta Festival on Thursdays, and Serata Terra on Fridays.
Pickleball at Borgo Savignola
Borgo Savignola is home to the first pickleball court at an agriturismo in Chianti Classico, surrounded by vineyards and the Tuscan hills. Savignola’s most elegant home, born from a vision
Casa Pino is the prestigious residence that replaced the village's ancient kitchen, with its large fireplace still there, and the worker's dwelling. One day, Pino arrived from the South with his beloved wife Carla and a clear idea: to transform these spaces into an elegant home where he could retreat, read, and write his memoirs. What remained of a peasant world became, in his hands, something completely different.
Today, Casa Pino is the most elegant residence in the village: two bedrooms with meticulous attention to detail, a living room with a large, majestic bookcase and hand-painted Sorrento-style floor, a historic fireplace, a generously sized kitchen, and the ever-changing light that bathes the Chianti hills and estate vineyards throughout the day.
Casa Pino is part of Lamore di Carla together with Fienile, the adjacent structure.
Rented together, the two homes become the ideal solution for groups or large families: up to 13 people, a private pool, and shared spaces to experience the village with the freedom of a home away from home. Rented separately, Casa Pino retains its full personality: elegant, quiet, and full of character.
For those who want to experience the village without worries, meals are prepared in the village kitchen and can be enjoyed at DaPaolina or served directly in the house.
